You missed some of the best ones. Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana are extraordinarily beautiful. And of course Alaska–but then I haven’t been there either.
I’ve been throughIdaho (I think), West Virginia, and all the coastal Southern states (drove from New Jersey to Florida). Tried to stick with states I at least spent the night or had a meal or something.
Nothing is as beautiful to me as Arizona and New Mexico. Hope to get back there.
